Can I combine wellness coaching and other services?

Absolutely! Combining services can enhance your health and well-being for optimal results.

Will you change my doctor's orders?

No, we will not change the orders. We will help you understand your doctor's instructions and how to incorporate them into your lifestyle 

I have symptoms and don’t know if I need to go to the Emergency room. Can you help?

We can only guide established clients on whether to go to the Emergency room, urgent care, or their doctor. If you're not a client, please call 911.

Is this a Doctor's office?

No, we’re not a doctor’s office and can’t diagnose or treat. Our services are aimed at providing support under your doctor’s care and those seeking alternative methods, such as supplements. All our supplements are backed by research and are recommended by naturopathic and functional medicine doctors. 

Will you prescribe me medications?

No, we do not prescribe medications. We can only educate you about what your  medications are for and how they work if you prefer to not read through dreaded paperwork. We can recommend well-researched supplements with consideration of your current medication list. 

Can I book a session on behalf of someone else?

Sure! But they need to give their consent first. We highly respect everyone's privacy and autonomy.

 I’ve already seen my doctor, but still feel unsure about my concerns. Can you help me figure out what to do next?

Yes, we can help you communicate your concerns and recommend easy lab tests you can do on your own to share with your doctor.

I get nervous at the doctor and don’t know what to ask. Can you help?

Absolutely! We help guide you on the questions you should ask during your visits

I don't know anything about healthcare and have no idea where to start. Can you help?

Absolutely! We understand how overwhelming navigating healthcare can be and we can help you figure out where to start and explain things in plain language. 

Do you accept insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid?

Unfortunately, we do not accept these forms of payment at this time. We only accept credit cards, FSA and HSA cards. 

I do not speak English. Can you help me? 

We welcome everyone, no matter what language you speak. We have access to interpretation services and American Sign Language (ASL). 

 What States are you available in? 

Our nurses are licensed to provide telehealth services in AL, AZ, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY, CA & NV.  

Our supplement dispensary ships to all 50 states.

Lab services are available in all states except for NY, NJ, RI, and HI.

If you live outside these states, reach out to see what support options may still be available.
